Due to the nature of our kits, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on opened/used kits. We do however want to ensure you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at marie@thecraftingcrate.com so we can do what we can to rectify it.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marie@thecraftingcrate.com and we will be in contact for instructions on returning the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
